Democrats are weaponizing unelected activist judges against President Trump and his administration in the hopes of sabotaging his America First agenda. One America’s Pearson Sharp has more.

President Trump has made monumental strides in his first fifty days in office—more than anyone ever thought possible.
And although he caught the Democrats flat-footed, they bounced back fast and now they’re using their time tested, battle-proven method for stopping Trump dead in his tracks: the judges.
Yes, the judges—the unelected dictators Democrats love when they need to block Trump and halt American progress.
Funny how they wail about Elon Musk being unelected, yet cheer when a random judge in some backwater courthouse issues an order that the entire country—including the President—has to follow.
That’s not checks and balances.
That’s tyranny.
It’s called judicial resistance, and many of these activist judges are funded by none other than George Soros.
In the short time since Trump’s taken office, these judges have managed to repeatedly block his executive orders—not only standing in the way of the President of the United States, but standing in the way of the American people.
Here’s just some the damage so far:
- Four judges ruled in favor of illegal, colonizing aliens by blocking Trump’s order ending birthright citizenship.
- Then three judges blocked his freeze on wasteful federal grants and loans.
- A few days later, two more judges stopped his order to protect children from child-grooming activists and their gender-mutilation surgeries.
- A Biden-appointed judge (remember, appointed, not elected!) blocked DOGE from exposing financial corruption at the Department of Education.
- A Maryland judge blocked Trump’s order to slash racist diversity programs.
- A Massachusetts judge blocked efforts to reduce the bloated federal workforce.
- An Obama appointed judge (again, appointed, not elected!) called Trump a “king” and ordered Biden’s pro-union stooge Gwynne Wilcox reinstated.
- Another Obama appointed judge, who has a history of hating Trump, blocked Trump from firing a Biden crony at the Merit Systems Protection Board.
And now we have several more judges trying to stop Trump from deporting Mahmoud Khalil—a Columbia University radical whose green card was revoked by ICE for leading protests against Israel.
All that’s bad enough, but bear in mind these are just the rulings from federal judges—we haven’t even gotten to the Supreme Court.
What we thought was surely going to be the last bastion against liberal tyranny—stacked with no less than three justices appointed by Donald Trump himself—has turned out to be one of the best places for liberals to uphold their radical agenda.
Despite having six so-called conservatives in the court, only Alito and Thomas have proven to be reliable.
Since January, so far the high court has…
- blocked Trump from firing a Biden appointee at the Office of Special Counsel.
- refused to let him freeze $2 billion in foreign aid—because apparently, foreign bureaucrats deserve our money more than Americans do.
- And finally Justice Amy Barrett betrayed conservatives yet again by siding with the left and refusing to block pot smoking hippies from suing energy companies.
That’s not necessarily a blow to Trump himself, but it does strike at his America First agenda.
Which is what this all boils down to: Americans are trying to take our country back, and the violent, radical Democrats—who lost everything in this past election because of their hateful, anti-American agenda—are using the last tool in their box: the judges.
We, the people, elected Donald Trump to be our president.
We did not elect these judges.
Since Trump took office, DOGE has uncovered over $1 trillion in government fraud—and over 100 lawsuits have been filed to stop him from cutting off the grift.
That’s our money, and these radical judges—unelected, unaccountable, and unchecked—are holding the entire country hostage.
And Trump has lost nearly all of these cases.
Which means the American people have lost them too.
The only major legal victory so far was when a U.S. district judge ruled that Trump does have the power to fire 2,000 USAID workers—and that’s after another judge tried to block him.
Justice Alito put it bluntly:
“Does a single district-court judge, who likely lacks jurisdiction, have the unchecked power to compel the U.S. government to pay out (and probably lose forever) $2 billion in taxpayer dollars? The answer should be an emphatic ‘No.’”
And Clarence Thomas warned that these judges are encroaching on executive power—and that the Constitution was never meant to give these radicals carte blanche to enforce their Marxist goals.
So, congratulations, America!
You thought you were electing a president to lead the country, but it turns out the real rulers wear black robes and don’t have to answer to a single voter.
We’re now at the mercy of a handful of unelected, unaccountable activist judges who can veto the will of 80 million Americans with the flick of a pen.
If this continues, we might as well scrap elections altogether and just let the courts decide how to run the country.
Oh wait, they’re already doing that.
The only question now is: how much longer are we going to let them get away with it?
